From there, we’ll guide you through selecting the experience that best fits your vision. Once you’re ready to move forward, a signed agreement and 50% retainer officially secures your booking and locks in your booth for the day.
We'll collaborate with you to craft every detail — from the custom layout and screens to the finishing touches that make your booth truly yours. Two weeks prior to your event, all designs are finalized and approved, and the remaining balance is due, ensuring everything is perfectly set for your celebration.
Once live, the booth captures moments with editorial precision — each smile, pose, and candid laugh becomes a memory you can treasure. With the details handled, you can immerse yourself in the celebration, knowing every moment is being preserved beautifully.

We aim to arrive at least 90 minutes before your event starts to allow plenty of time for setup, testing, and ensuring everything is perfectly ready for your guests.
Get ready to re-live the night. All your photos, both unprocessed and templated, will be organized into a digital gallery within 72 hours, ready for you to view, download, and share.
Pack-up is quick and seamless. Once the booth has closed, teardown usually takes no more than 45 minutes. We’ll check in with you or your planner before leaving to make sure everything went according to plan.
It’s last call — for the booth! About fifteen minutes before the end of service, we’ll give nearby guests a heads-up so everyone has a chance to snap a final photo.
