We'll collaborate with you to craft every detail — from the custom layout and screens to the finishing touches that make your booth truly yours. Two weeks prior to your event, all designs are finalized and approved, and the remaining balance is due, ensuring everything is perfectly set for your celebration.
About a month out, we'll dive into the design process.

We arrive early to carefully set up the booth, test the lighting, and ensure every detail is perfectly in place.

Guests have arrived, the booth is ready, and the experience begins! Every guest has a chance to step in, strike a pose, and create keepsakes that capture the joy and energy of your event.

Get ready to re-live the night. All your photos, both unprocessed and templated, will be organized into a digital gallery within 72 hours, ready for you to view, download, and share.

Pack-up is quick and seamless. Once the booth has closed, teardown usually takes no more than 45 minutes. We’ll check in with you or your planner before leaving to make sure everything went according to plan.

It’s last call — for the booth! About fifteen minutes before the end of service, we’ll give nearby guests a heads-up so everyone has a chance to snap a final photo.
