This Terms and Conditions agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access and use of the Lightwell Photo Booth website (www.lightwellphotobooth.com) and any services provided by Lightwell Photo Booth LLC (“Lightwell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Use of Services
Lightwell offers premium photo booth rentals for weddings, corporate events, private parties, brand activations, and other special occasions. By booking with us, you agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all instructions provided.

2. Booking & Payment
To secure a booking, you must provide accurate event details including the date, time, and location. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event, as outlined in your invoice or contract. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and electronic payment services.

3. Cancellation, Reschedules & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@lightwellphotobooth.com. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within a specific time frame before the event, as outlined in your contract, may be subject to additional cancellation fees. Refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy. Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event and are subject to availability. If the requested date is unavailable, the deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for services not used during an event.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to operate and interact with the photo booth equipment in a respectful and responsible manner, following any instructions or guidelines provided by Lightwell staff. Any damage to the booth or its components resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may result in additional fees to cover repair or replacement costs.

5. Content Usage & Media Rights
By using our services, you grant Lightwell the right to use photos, videos, or other media captured at your event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the event.

6. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Electronic Communications
By visiting www.lightwellbooth.com or contacting us by email, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use www.lightwellbooth.com strictly in accordance with these Terms. All content on our website (including text, graphics, logos, and images) is the property of Lightwell Photo Booth LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business or users.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Los Angeles County.

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any service contracts you enter into with Lightwell, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lightwell Photo Booth LLC.

16. Changes to Terms
Lightwell reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
